 Returns & Replacements (Within 48 Hours)
You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery only if:
you received a damaged product
the product is defective
the wrong item was delivered
Conditions
To be eligible:
product must be unused
original packaging must be intact
unboxing photos/videos are required as proof
Items damaged due to misuse or handled incorrectly are not eligible.

Once approved, our team will guide you through the process.
 Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.
If approved, refunds may be processed as:
original payment method, or
store credit (in some cases)
Processing time:
5–7 working days after approval (bank timelines may vary)
Shipping charges (if any) are usually non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

If already packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return only if eligible.

items without packaging or missing parts
customized or special order items
items returned after 48 hours of delivery

We are not responsible for refunds if:
the address provided is incorrect
delivery is missed repeatedly
