Refund & Cancellation Policy

 Returns & Replacements (Within 48 Hours)

You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery only if:

  • you received a damaged product

  • the product is defective

  • the wrong item was delivered

Conditions

To be eligible:

  • product must be unused

  • original packaging must be intact

  • unboxing photos/videos are required as proof

Items damaged due to misuse or handled incorrectly are not eligible.

  • Order number

  • Clear photos / video

  • Reason for return

Once approved, our team will guide you through the process.


 Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.

If approved, refunds may be processed as:

  • original payment method, or

  • store credit (in some cases)

Processing time:

  • 5–7 working days after approval (bank timelines may vary)

Shipping charges (if any) are usually non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.


 Cancellations
Before shipping

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Contact us as soon as possible:

If already packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return only if eligible.


 Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are generally not returnable:

  • products damaged after delivery

  • items without packaging or missing parts

  • customized or special order items

  • items returned after 48 hours of delivery


 Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

We are not responsible for refunds if:

  • the address provided is incorrect

  • delivery is missed repeatedly

Re-shipping charges may apply.
