Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
During sales, festivals, or high-volume periods, processing time may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

Order weight and size
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed before payment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at customercare@decovibe.in.
In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly
Change of Shipping Address
Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped.
Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
